Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Technical Analysis Sessions with an Olympian 1. Scheduling and Payments: Technical analysis sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required prior to the start of the booking to secure your session. This ensures that the Instructor’s time is respected and that all interested participants have fair access to these limited spots. 2. Cancellation and Refunds: We understand that schedules can change, which might lead to the need to cancel a booked session. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both the participants and the facilitator. The following terms apply: - Cancellations made 72 to 48 hours before the session: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total session cost. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session: Non-refundable due to the close proximity to the session date and the challenges involved in filling the slot on short notice. 3. Rescheduling: Rescheduling a session is possible under the following conditions: A request to reschedule must be submitted at least 72 hours before the original session time. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of the Olympian and cannot be guaranteed. If a suitable time cannot be found, cancellation policies will apply. 4. No-Show Policy: Participants who fail to attend their scheduled session without notifying us will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. 5. Late Arrivals: Participants arriving late to a session will have the option to join the session in progress but will not have the session time extended nor will they receive a partial refund.
